The hiring process varies by role so it is crucial you read the job advertisement thoroughly. Whether you can follow the stated application process is part of the sifting stage. If a candidate applies for a role, but does so in a way other than that stated in the role advertisement, then they have already shown their inability to ingest and understand the requirements. Generally the recruitment process below management level is one to three stages. Stage one: apply following instructions. Stage two: interview. Some roles require a demonstration of ability or character, so include a presentation or example of work for an additional stage.

Narrative Intelligence & Community Strategist
Key Responsibilities
Maintain anonymous personas across Reddit, luxury forums, and other platforms
Post genuine, value-adding comments that build curiosity about the artist
Monitor conversations to track sentiment and identify opportunities
Create and manage digital artifacts (archived posts, anonymous reviews, etc.)
Produce a weekly 1-page intelligence brief summarizing trends and risks
Manage account security and documentation
Requirements (Must-Haves)
Deep familiarity with Reddit and at least one online forum (watches, cars, investing, art, or gaming)
Excellent written English with natural, conversational tone
Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain detailed tracking
Discretion: You must sign a strict NDA
Reliable internet and a laptop or smartphone
Nice-to-Haves
Experience managing multiple anonymous accounts
Knowledge of the luxury space (watches, cars, art, real estate)
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking

About the Role
We are looking for an internet-native strategist to help build quiet, credible awareness for an anonymous artist operating at the highest levels of the contemporary art world.
You will not run ads. You will not send spam. You will become a trusted member of luxury forums, Reddit communities, and collector circles—planting small, believable stories over months that make people curious.
This is a role for someone who:
Already spends hours on Reddit, forums, or Discord for fun
Understands how online communities work (and how to avoid getting banned)
Is patient, systematic, and enjoys the long game

Narrative and Communications Assistant
Job Title: Communications & Storytelling Assistant (Entry Level)

About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, curious, and discreet writer to assist in the development of long-form narratives for a confidential creative project operating within the international art and luxury space. This is not a standard PR role. You will be helping to build a "backstory" for an anonymous artist—drafting press releases, artist statements, fictional and non-fictional articles, and correspondence.
The best candidates will have a natural talent for storytelling, a love of reading, and the maturity to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Draft press releases and media materials in the voice of an anonymous artist/art galleries/critics.
Write short fictional articles and blog posts that mimic independent journalism.
Compose "I once met the artist" and social proof anecdotes.
Assist in maintaining a consistent narrative voice across multiple platforms.
Conduct light research on art world language, luxury market trends, and collector psychology.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
Education: Fluent in English, knowledge of Journalism, Mass Communication, History, or any related field.
Portfolio/Writing Sample: if successful in the first round, you will be asked to provide 2-3 samples of creative or journalistic writing of your choice.
Tone Control: Ability to write in different voices (formal, poetic, conversational, business-like).
Discretion: Must be willing to sign a strict NDA. This project is confidential.
Software: Comfortable with use of AI (or willing to learn), ability to use Word or similar, Teams (or willing to learn) and email.
Access to a computer/laptop/tablet on which to do your work.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
Some familiarity with the art world (even if just following artists on Instagram).
Experience ghostwriting for a boss or a social media account.
A personal blog or a Medium account.

You are naturally curious about why people love certain things.
You understand the difference between "marketing hype" and "a good story."
You are a naturally positive person with ambition and drive to be the best. Mediocre or average won't do for this role.
