Growth Capital Partner – Seeking African SMEs with Confirmed Orders/Contracts (USD/EUR/NGN/ZAR)

We are a private financing partner looking to deploy capital into low-risk, asset-backed, or contract-backed opportunities across Africa.

We do not fund ideas, startups, or projections. We fund deliverables.

Who Should Apply

Registered small to medium businesses in any African country (with priority to jurisdictions offering enforceable commercial law – e.g., South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Ghana, Mauritius, Egypt, Morocco).

You must have:

  1. Executed contracts or binding purchase orders from creditworthy counterparties (corporate, government, or established buyer).

  2. A clear financing gap: you need capital for raw materials, production, logistics, or labour to deliver against those contracts.

  3. A gross margin sufficient to repay the financing plus a reasonable risk-adjusted return (minimum 2:1 contract value : financing required).

  4. A verifiable business registration, tax ID, and operational track record (minimum 12–24 months).

Are you an African SME with signed contracts or purchase orders you cannot fulfil due to lack of working capital?
What We Offer
  • Invoice discounting / purchase order financing – typically repaid directly from buyer payments via a controlled account or escrow.

  • Short-term structured loans (30–180 days) secured against stock, receivables, or contract rights.

  • Disbursements in hard currency or local currency depending on jurisdiction and hedging arrangements.

Our Safeguards

To protect our capital, any applicant selected for due diligence must accept the following non-negotiable controls:

Safeguard

Requirement

Legal jurisdiction

Financing agreement governed by English law or another mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction with reciprocal enforcement in your country.

Security package

First-ranking charge over contract proceeds, assignment of receivables, and (where possible) physical collateral or personal guarantee from directors.

Payment control

Buyer is directed to pay into a blocked or escrow account controlled by us. Repayment is deducted before any surplus is released to you.

Independent verification

We will validate contracts directly with the buyer (without revealing your pricing). No validation = no funding.

Insurance

You must hold valid credit/political risk insurance where available, or we will factor the cost of covering the exposure.

No cross-border ambiguity

If your buyer is in a different African country, we require confirmed letters of credit or a confirmed irrevocable payment undertaking.

Applicants unwilling to accept these terms need not apply.

How to Apply (Round 1 Pitch)

Send a brief initial pitch (max 2 pages or 5 slides) including:

  1. Business name, country of registration, and years in operation.

  2. Description of the contract/order – buyer name (redacted for first round is fine), contract value, required financing amount, and delivery timeline.

  3. Proof of existing contracts – redacted PO or contract summary showing quantities, price, and delivery terms.

  4. Proposed repayment structure – e.g., 60 days from invoice date, repaid at x times principal.

  5. Current banking relationship and whether you have existing debt.

Send to: contact@africanalliance.group
Subject line: “PO FINANCING – [Business name] – [Country] – [Contract value in USD]”

Deadline for Round 1: Rolling admission – reviewed every 14 days.

Selection Process

  • Round 1 (screening): We assess basic viability and fit with our safeguards.

  • Round 2 (shortlist): You sign an NDA and provide unredacted contracts, financials, and buyer details for confidential verification.

  • Round 3 (due diligence): Legal, commercial, and fraud checks. We also conduct a discreet buyer confirmation.

  • Closing: Facility agreement signed, control account opened, and funds released against proof of order fulfilment start.

Why We Are Different

We do not charge application or due diligence fees. We only get paid when you deliver. Our model is aligned with your success – but structured so that our capital never leaves our control until the buyer pays.

If you have the contracts but lack the cash to execute, we want to hear from you. If you have only a business plan, please wait until you have a signed order.

Confidentiality assured. All applicants receive a response within 10 business days.
